It is a collaborative treatment between a psychologist and an individual. The goal of psychotherapy is to help clients learn how to manage their symptoms and emotions, and improve their overall mental health.

The sessions are conducted online via Zoom, Meet, or Skype.

Sessions can be conducted in English, Urdu and Hindi.

Typically, the sessions lasts for 45 minutes.

Most clients attend one session per week. The therapist may meet with a client twice a week if the client’s problems require it.

The effects of psychotherapy will vary depending on an individual’s condition and the type of treatment provided. While it is possible to see some improvement quickly, most individuals report feeling better after a few months.

I take my client’s privacy very seriously. Whenever I communicate with clients, I ensure that the information is kept strictly confidential.
